Our Project

 

At ESCORT, our main objective is to revolutionize patient treatment services and fortify European health and care service resilience through cutting-edge technology integration. With a comprehensive approach spanning across eight work packages, we aim to achieve several key goals.

This includes ensuring compliance with ethics requirements, conducting organizational reviews of operational readiness, integrating wearable/IoT solutions for patient monitoring, implementing digital transformation in regular health and care services, implementing population-wide surveillance tools for monitoring citizen health, integrating ESCORT health and care services, developing training curriculums for ESCORT technology uptake, and providing overall project leadership and management.

Through collaboration with leading healthcare providers, research experts, and stakeholders across Europe, we strive to enhance patient experiences, improve healthcare efficiency, and build community resilience.
